  • Supervise implementation and monitoring of the sustainability strategy.
  • Supervise processes of engagement with stakeholders.
  • Reports to the shareholders’ general meeting on the degree of alignment of the organisation’s performance with corporate interest.

Sustainability Committee
CEO and Representatives of all functional areas of the head office

  • Ensures integration of environmental, social and governance aspects across the Group’s activity.
  • Coordinates and monitors the sustainability strategy.
  • Supervises and evaluates the execution of projects related to the different sustainability objectives.
  • Reports to the Audit, Control and Sustainability Committee on general policy, objectives and programmes related to sustainability.

Business Units Governance Model
Representatives of the different operational and sustainability functions of the Business Units

  • Operational management of environmental, social and governance aspects, applying the specifics of local context.
  • Implements and monitors action plans (ESG Plans).
  • Supervises and evaluates the execution of projects related to the different sustainability objectives.
  • Reports to the Sustainability Committee on the progress of ESG plans.
