June 30th, 2025.- Abertis successfully closed today a new bond issue for an amount of 600 million euros placed among international qualified investors with an oversubscription of 3.5 times the initial volume, with a coupon of 3.125% and maturing in 2030. The strong demand made it possible to close financing conditions that improved the company's objectives.
The funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes and will strengthen the company's liquidity position.
With this new operation, Abertis continues to maintain the efficiency of its active management of the company's balance sheet, as well as demonstrating once again its ability to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the credit market to obtain attractive conditions.

• The agreement includes a €1.4 million contribution for a new three-year period, extending the joint project launched in 2017. The partnership has already benefited more than five million children and adolescents.
• This renewed partnership will focus its activities on two countries where the Foundation is present: Brazil and Mexico.

• The Group, together with its Foundation, has opened applications for the Safe Road Operations Challenge, a new open innovation call aimed at technology startups and SMEs from around the world.
• According to the Spanish Directorate-General for Traffic's National Registry of Traffic Accident Victims, 154 accidents related to road maintenance and conservation work were recorded on Spanish roads in 2025, with speed being the main risk factor.
